This large Maori Fish Hook Trophy is a beautiful piece of carving made right here in New Zealand using native timber.
This beautiful hook is carved on both sides, with more detailed carving on the front. With carving on the front and back, though, it looks good from any angle. The Maori Fish Hook is symbolic of strength, good luck, and safe travel over water.
Proudly made in New Zealand from Kauri wood. There are always very slight differences in colours and carvings of hand carved products.
To avoid offending any Iwi or tribal groups, the designs are generic and representative of common Maori motifs.
Engraving on the front of the base stand can be done either with a Golden Plaque or Laser Engraved.
