Hand made here in New Zealand, this taiaha makes a unique 21st key. The taiaha is made from timber with hand carved details, real feather trim, and naturual New Zealand paua in the ’21’. The wooden base is made to perfectly cradle the weapon, and has hand carved details decorating it. Personalise this special gift by engraving the recipient’s name on the taiaha, or on the base.
The pounamu (greenstone) blade is genuine New Zealand pounamu, sourced from the West Coast of the South Island. Pounamu colour, shade and markings vary from piece to piece, ensuring that your taiaha is truly one of a kind. The colour of the greenstone you receive will vary from that pictured.
The stand?can also be engraved with a gold plaque to mark the occasion.
